 Q: If I advertise with you and decide I want to cancel, is there a refund? 
  A:  
   All purchased advertisement with us is considered final and is not refundable after the transaction has been processed.Your logo and advertisement will remain on the site for the duration of the purchased time. In the event you want to remove it, you can cancel the subscription from the advertise section of the site once you login. If you do opt to cancel the advertisement, it will be removed right away. NOTE: This will not delete your listing account.

 Q: What image types do you allow? 
  A:  
   You can only use JPG and JPEG formatted images on our site. They are the most commonly used format and the industry leader.

 Q: Do you offer wholesale rates to disrtibuters? 
  A:  
   We do not currently have listing abilities for disributers. We will in the future upon demand, offer wholesellers the ability to list their products on our site.

 Q: How can I advertise My Business with you? 
  A:  
   To place an advertisement on our site, you must first have an account with us. If you do not have an account, click on the list part button at the top or bottom of the page. Once the interface loads, fill out and submit the form. This will create your account. Then simply click on the advertise link at the top and bottom of the page to proceed with setting up your advertisement. Once you do submit for an advertisement, you will have tool appear when you log into the listing area to manage your advertisement.

 Q: Once I submit my advertisement to you, can we update our company image logo? 
  A:  
   Yes, once you have established an advertisement with us, you will be able to change your image at any time. Keep in mind we only allow JPG and JPEG image formats.

 Q: How can someone purchase my part? 
  A:  
   Since we are only a listing service, we have setup paypal for our clients.Both the seller and the buyer must have a paypal and google checkout account setup in order for the purchaser to pay the seller. To setup the account is free and located VIA the payment buttons.Since Paypal and Google hold high reputations on the net, you can feel safe allowing them to handle the transaction. NOTE: The seller must ship out the part as soon as they receive payment. All orders are considered COD unless you specify in your listing that you include shipping fees. If no shipping fee is included, the purchaser will have to pay on delivery. ListYourPartsNow does not have anything to do with the transaction between the seller and the buyer, we simply offer the ability to buy and sell using our services.

 Q: I do not see my category listed, how would I find something I do not see listed? 
  A:  
   We have a misc... section that is used for everything and anything. If you do not see what you are looking for, use our search engine to look it up. The search engine will check all listings in the database matching your keywords.

 Q: Can I update my account settings? 
  A:  
   Yes you can update your account settings at anytime. Simply click on the Update Account tool in your account. Make the changes you need, then click on the Next button to update the database.

 Q: When I tried to advertise with you, I got a Declined message. Why? 
  A:  
   If you get a Declined error generated back when trying to advertise it is because the bank is rejecting the card.In most cases it is due to the card information being different than what is on file. Be sure to always keep your account current and up to date to avoid Decline errors. If you address and account information is up to date on file, you will need to contact your Financial institute to request notification as to why the transaction failed. If you get a error page, this is due to an incorrect card number, format or value being submitted to the form.

 Q: Do I have to remove my listing manually after I sell the item? 
  A:  
   Yes, once you the seller sell your part to a purchaser, you will have to use your account tools to remove the listing. This only takes a few seconds to complete.

 Q: How do I contact management? 
  A:  
   If you need to contact us, Simply click on the link contact us on the left menu within the navigation block, then fill out the form and submit it. We generally resond within 24hrs of receiving the message.

 Q: Why do I see REMOVED in place of some words I submitted? 
  A:  
   Our state of the art filtering program makes sure no offensive words or phrases can be submitted when a part is listed. If any word is matched by a filter, the word will be removed and replaced with *****. If you feel the word or phrase you tried to use is not offensive and should not have been filtered, provide the "Word" or "Phrase" to our Contact Page and we will review the word and or phrase to see if the content is not offensive. If the word is not offensive we will remove it from the master filters. If the word or phrase you tried to use is offensive, we will leave the filter in place.

 Q: Should I include shipping fees? 
  A:  
   Our suggestion would be to clerify on your listing if shipping is included or not.This way both the seller and the purchaser undestand exactly who will be responsible for the shipping fees of the part. NOTE: If you do not designate information about shipping,the default that will be stated on the purchase page will be "+" Shipping. Simply meaning that the purchaser must pay for the shipping fees and the price listed for the part on the site is for the part only.

 Q: What types of payment options are you offering.?

   We have choosen to use paypal as the payment gateway for buyer and seller.

 Q: I do not see my category listed, will it be listed soon? 
  A:  
   We are and will be adding more categories on a weekly basis. If you do not see your category listed today, it may be listed next week. If you have a specific category in mind, let us know and we will see if we can get it added soon after.

 Q: Is there a way to have multiple advertisements? 
  A:  
   To avoid a advetisement monopoly, we only allow one advertisement per client.

 Q: Is shipping Included? 
  A:  
   Unless specified, shipping is not included. We provide the listing service for the communication of the seller and the buyer. It will be between the seller and the buyer to work out the arrangment of shipping costs.

 Q: Do you have any information about a shipping policy?

   You can learn more about our policies VIA the Service Documentation section of the site. The official shipping policy is below.
Shipping must be worked out between the seller and purchaser. We post on the site that allitems sold and bought here are considered C.O.D. unless other wise specified by the seller.The seller has the ability to edit the price of any listing at anytime so in the event a purchaser want the seller to include the shipping in the cost, the seller can change the fee to include shipping costs. Then the purchaser can purchase the item and the seller will have to ship the item right away. For our customers that advertise with us there is no shipping costs costs as we do not sell products. We simply sell advertising space on our site.

 Q: How do I see my listed parts? 
  A:  
   Once you are logged into your account, one of your tools is a Current Listing tool.Simply click on that tool and you will see all your listed parts.

 Q: How do I renew an expired listing? 
  A:  
   Once you are logged into your account, you can click on the Current Listing tool to review all your listings. If any listing is expired, it will contain a renewal link. Click on that renewal link to be brought to the renewal form. Fill out and submit the form to have the listing renewed, once it is renewed, your part will be active again. NOTE: We also place a link for the public to send you a reminder when they are interested in the expired part. This way you can renew knowing that you have a possible buyer.

 Q: Why do I get the security box after clicking on the advertise page? 
  A:  
   The reason the security box appears when you click on the advertise page and other pages after navigating there is because we are using google ads on our site. We have placed all content on our site in https:// format aside from just our payment form. Each image, link and reference are all operating on secure channels. We also have placed our certificate vendor seals, security seals, and verifications on the payment page as well as our home page. Since we are offering a free service, the ads will remain to keep the site operating at the same time it remain secure.

 Q: I wanted to list for a certain number of weeks, but I do not see them offered? 
  A:  
   We only allow advertising and listing for the time periods displayed. There are no other time periods offered at this time.

 Q: How do I list my item once I have an account? 
  A:  
   You would proceed to click on the login button at the top and bottom of the page.Once the interface loads, you would simply log into your account. Once you are logged into your account, you will see a series of tools. One of which will be the List Part option. Simply click on that tool and follow the steps to list your part.

 Q: How can I search for a specific item? 
  A:  
   We have developed a powerful search engine that will find anything listed based on your key words. For example, if you are looking for a Chevy 350 Engine block, enter 350 Chevy Engine block in the search engine then click the search button. If there is any listings that match your keywords, they will appear in the results.

 Q: Does it cost me money to list my items on your site.? 
  A:  
   We do not charge anything for listing. Each item listing you submit is free.

 Q: If I buy a defective item from your site, can I return it? 
  A:  
   Since we only provide the service of the listing, we do not cover any returns on items purchased through our site. The sale of any item is between the seller and purchaser and Paypal currently is the payment medium. We do not gaurentee any item on the site as they are not our products being sold, they are that of the general public listing their items on our site.

 Q: Can I keep my listing in the todays Listing all the time? 
  A:  
   At this time we are only offering a daily view on parts that get listed daily. Possibly in the future we will add a recent listings page that will hold all new listings for a week or more. Drop the suggestion by the contact page to let the developer know.

 Q: How can I sign up? 
  A:  
   You can click on the List button at the top and bottom of the page. You will see the enrollment form. Once you are signed up and logged in, when you click on the list item button, you will be presented with the listing tool.

 Q: I do not have any images of my item, can I still list with you? 
  A:  
   Yes, if you do not have a image of you part, you can still list it and just choose No when you come to the image section of the listing.

 Q: Why can I not update all aspects of my listing? 
  A:  
   We allow each listing to update price, description and image. The part listing will remain the same so multiple parts can not be listed from one listing.

 Q: I logged into my account and found items missing 
  A:  
   The only time any data or listing is removed from the server is when the expiration of the listing is 60 days past the expired date. Since we send out messages nightly, there would have been plenty of notification before the listing and all the data with it was removed. Since it is free to list, you can simply recreate the listing.

 Q: When I tried to advertise with you, I got a Declined message. Why?

 Q: Im so happy with your services, how do I tell others?

   Word of the mouth is the best advertisement known. Simply tell everyone about our services.

 Q: I sent the seller and e-mail and he did not respond, what should I do? 
  A:  
   We can only offer the communication channel between the two parties. If you send the seller a email using our forms, then it is on them to contact you back. Most will respond right away within a day to sell the part, in most cases when you do not get a reply back, it is likely they have already sold the part and have not yet removed the listing.

 Q: My Advertisement is expired, how do I renew? 
  A:  
   Once you log into your advertisement area, you will see a renewal link with the expired advertisement. NOTE: If you advertisement is expired, it will not show on the site.

 Q: If someone contacts me and I take their offer, how can I change the price of the part? 
  A:  
   You can change the price by logging into your account and when the listing comes up, navigate to the part in question and click on the edit price. Once you change the price, it will list the new price in real time at which point the buyer can click on the purchase or buy part buttons and links.

 Q: I paid the seller and never got my part. What can I do? 
  A:  
   The seller and purchaser have to come to the agreement on how the exchange will take place.If you purchase the part, they are olbligated to send it to you. If you do not recieve it, within a timely manner, you may have to consider taking legal action. We do not handle the transaction between seller and purchaser.

 Q: If I decide to advertise with you, do I get a confirmation on the order? 
  A:  
   Yes, you are sent two mails. One is a confirmation from us and the other is the receipt from our bank.

 Q: If I list my item with you, will others find it at google, yahoo, etc...? 
  A:  
   Yes, since we are listed and all items are listed with a get value, spiders can crawl the site and find these links that give you not only our listing, but public listing as well reaching all audiences on the net.
